Overall Function
A Wealth Management Associate specializes in internal operations management, client service of risk and variable/investment products, and ensuring the maintenance of an efficient and compliant office. This role is Full-Time and In Office, with the potential for future remote work opportunities once training has been completed successfully. This role is dynamic, with specific responsibilities dependent on current and future levels of licensing as prescribed by the relevant regulatory agencies. The Associate supports the Director of Wealth Management Services in the execution and maintenance of clients’ Financial Plans on behalf of the Wealth Management Advisors. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain/process client files
- Collaborate in maintain financial representative’s calendar and schedule follow-up appointment
- Coordinate marketing and community service events, and assist in the preparation/delivery of seminar materials and event mailings
- Contact clients to for scheduling, onboarding, and servicing needs
- Execute client appreciation initiatives
- Input data, generate illustrations/proposals, and general preparation for client/prospect meeting
- Review insurance and investment onboarding forms for completeness and accuracy
- Arrange medical, paramedical and any exams necessary for underwriting
- Communicate with home office to supply or obtain information
- Monitor status systems and expedite potential additional requirements
- Process incoming non-securities related service requests from clients
Required Qualifications/Licensing
- Florida 2-15 Life and Health License (or obtained within 90 days of offer acceptance)
- FINRA Series 6 & 63 Licenses (or obtained within 180 days of offer acceptance)
- Successful completion of federal background check
Preferred Qualifications/Licensing
- Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent relevant work experience
- FINRA Series 7
- Designations including, but not limited to, CLU®, ChFC®, RICP®, CFP®
